Our Chilean Meal

So far, this is the best of our regional meals.

Pollo Arvejado

This was easy and really, really tasty.  Lots of good flavor and fried potatoes, hard to not like.

Jason and I enjoyed a Chilean Chardonnay:

Dessert was Empanadas.  These were less difficult than I had expected, and a lot tastier!  We also enjoyed using our Valentine plates and napkins.

A traditional drink in South America is maté, a tea.  I found some at Whole Foods Dub.  Jason, R-girl, and I liked it, I'm not sure about the other two.
