This is amazing! I just texted her almost the same idea this morning! (Thinking I had come up with it!-great minds think alike! ) We just started homeschooling our 3 children this fall after 3wks in public school. We're following curriculum from Heritage Homeschool Christian academy. We didn't receive our curriculum till Oct 18 & started on Oct 19 doing extra crunch time to try to catch up & finish 1st of 12 wkbks in each subject by Nov 1. We just about made it with the exception of reviewing science & testing which we'll do this wknd. However, Oct-Dec is our busiest time of the year & being new to this, I was feeling a bit stressed since we have 12months to finish all 60 wkbks & turn in by Sept 30.My mentality was still stuck in traditional school year of September -May!I knew we would school year round, but decided to change when we would enroll & order curriculum to Dec 2020.That way we'll have Oct -Dec off & start fresh on Jan 1st 2021. We're also going to do wkbks 2wks in a row, spend the 3rd wk. reviewing & testing & take 4th wk.off.I just know this will help our sanity! God bless you!
